Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position through a combination of human services experience, program or person management experience, researching, interpreting, and applying state and federal rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the work unit to execute unit goals, objectives, and action plans that support the Division's mission and vision.
• Supervise staff to meet project deadlines and ensure plans support timely completion.
• Coordinate workload distribution among staff and provide necessary tools, resources, and training.
• Provide technical assistance and consultation to counties on program requirements and compliance.
• Act as appeals officer and provide expert opinions on CBMS system projects, training, and QA processes.
