Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Sr. Client Service Specialist for the weekend day shift (Fri–Sun, 5:00am–5:30pm). You will handle orders, inquiries, invoices and client complaints while recording problems and expediting resolutions.

Strong multi‑tasking, problem solving and documentation are essential in this on‑site role. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2–4 years of client service experience, with certifications potentially needed in some areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2–4 years in client service.
• Experience handling orders, inquiries, and invoicing questions.
• Strong problem solving, documentation, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Responses are predominately routine but may require deviation from standard procedures
• Other duties as assigned
