Job summary

Samsara in the United States (remote-friendly) is seeking a Senior Web Program Manager to oversee multiple interconnected web projects and drive complex digital initiatives aligning with company objectives.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in digital project management, preferably in a digital agency or internal digital department, and can work across time zones in a Pacific time zone-focused, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience at a digital agency and/or internal digital department.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Airtable, Jira, Google Sheets) and experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Tableau.
• Experience integrating AI tools into program management processes to increase efficiency.
• Strong understanding of the digital production process, timelines, and scoping requirements.
• Experience launching digital solutions and ongoing analysis and improvements.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methods (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own all phases of complex, cross-functional digital programs from planning to delivery with clear vision, scope, objectives, timelines, business value, and resource requirements.
• Develop holistic program plans including requirements, technical specifications, schedules, funding, and resource plans.
• Track milestones, tasks, and deliverables; provide timely status updates to stakeholders and senior executives; identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and delivery quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Creative, IT, PMM, Campaigns, and front-end development; define website functionality and deployment.
• Work with external agency providers, consultants, and contractors as needed.
