Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst to own end-to-end Core IT programs with broad scope and high impact. You’ll collaborate with senior IT leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define problems, shape solutions, and raise the bar for requirements and architecture.

You will mentor analysts, drive operational excellence across IT engineering and controls, and embed Samsara’s culture as we scale globally. Remote in US; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business systems analysis, strategy, or architecture experience at a large-scale org.
• Deep expertise in requirements strategy, organizational design, systems thinking, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Core IT's highest-impact projects and programs across multiple systems and domains.
• Define the problem space and advise IT leadership on how to tackle significant, ambiguous issues.
• Build requirements practices, frameworks, and standards for the team to adopt.
