10x Genomics is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the customer-facing web platform end-to-end, including discovery, lead capture, quoting, and re-ordering. You will shape how data flows into marketing automation, CRM, and CDPs, partnering with engineering and commercial leaders to deliver self-service web experiences that drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
• 5 years of product management experience.
• 3 years of experience shipping customer-facing web products, including lead capture and integration with marketing automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for our customer-facing web platform and lead its end-to-end evolution.
• Define how the web experience captures customer intent and identity while integrating with marketing and sales tooling.
• Lead design and delivery of new web experiences, partnering with design and engineering to ship releases.
• Build the connective tissue between web and downstream stack, shaping data flow into the demand funnel.
• Turn data into product judgment using qualitative and quantitative metrics to optimize conversion.
• Translate business objectives into clear requirements and align engineering with marketing stakeholders.
