Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Web Experience & Growth to own the corporate website as a revenue-generating product. You will partner with CRO, Discoverability, UX, and engineering to deliver fast, testable digital experiences using Optimizely CMS and experimentation tools.

You will lead roadmap strategy, governance, and platform health while ensuring alignment with business growth targets and technical SEO requirements across a hybrid workforce.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital product management, with 3+ years owning enterprise CMS and experimentation platforms.
• Deep hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Web Experimentation.
• Experience in B2B enterprise tech, PLG or direct online sales.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the corporate website to drive traffic and revenue.
• Oversee platform architecture, performance, and security to keep web properties fast and stable.
• Lead a pod and manage backlogs, user stories, and sprint cycles with agile delivery.
