Job summary
10x Genomics, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager of Website Optimization & SEO to own the site's technical health, organic visibility, and conversion performance.
You will audit, prioritize, and drive improvements with the web engineering and content teams, ensuring SEO standards are embedded in new pages and launches. You will lead the strategy for AI-driven discovery, manage performance reporting, and influence cross-functional partners to maximize organic contributions to pipeline and ecommerce
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, website optimization, or digital marketing with direct ownership of a B2B website's organic and conversion performance.
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO auditing and remediation on enterprise-scale or multi-region websites.
Responsibilities
- Audit and prioritize technical SEO issues for 10xGenomics.com and present a business-justified backlog to an engineering team.
- Own organic performance reporting: visibility, rankings, traffic, and contribution to leads and revenue.
- Lead the strategy for AI-driven discovery visibility and structured data, coordinating with content and product teams.
- Partner with web engineering and product teams to schedule and measure marketing priorities.
- Set conversion standards for landing pages and campaigns and guide testing roadmaps.
