Job summary

10x Genomics, Inc. is seeking an Email & Webinar Marketing Manager to own the email channel and global webinar program. You will manage Marketo campaigns, segmentation, deliverability, and testing while coordinating with ABM, content, and sales enablement teams.

You will build a global webinar program on Zoom, oversee end-to-end production, promotion, and lead flow into Marketo and Salesforce, and establish scalable templates and playbooks for regional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B email marketing experience with direct ownership of an email channel or program.
• Hands-on experience in Marketo (or equivalent enterprise marketing automation platform).
• Experience planning and executing webinars or virtual events, including promotion and lead handling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Email Marketing (Marketo): channel ownership, calendar, governance for all marketing sends to the database; segmentation, lifecycle and nurture streams; build, QA, and send campaigns; deliverability and hygiene management; testing and optimization; standardize best practices across regions.
• Sales Email Effectiveness: define standards, templates, and best practices; enablement with tools sales already uses; incorporate feedback into improve campaigns.
• Global Webinar Program (Zoom Webinars): build and run global webinar calendar; end-to-end webinar execution; promotion across channels; ensure lead flow into Marketo and Salesforce; create templates and playbooks for scale.
• Content Repurposing: plan post-webinar content usage across formats and channels; ensure legal and brand compliance.
• Measurement and Reporting: own channel and webinar reporting; share insights with digital marketing team and adjust plans.
• Other: collaborate with marketing operations, content, creative, and regional teams to maintain consistent processes and quality.
