10x Genomics seeks a Sr. Manager of Website Optimization & SEO to own 10xgenomics.com’s performance as a marketing asset.

You will partner with web engineering, web product, and content teams to diagnose issues, justify backlogs, and drive measurable improvements in search visibility and conversions. You will lead SEO strategy for organic search and AI-driven discovery, define standards for new pages and site launches, and track performance across visibility, traffic, and leads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, website optimization, or digital marketing with direct ownership of a B2B website’s organic and conversion performance.
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO auditing and remediation on enterprise-scale or multi-region websites.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable strategy and back it with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Audit recurring technical audits of the site covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, redirects, broken pages and links, page speed, structured data, and international targeting.
• Prioritize audit findings into a business-justified backlog for web engineering with impact estimates and acceptance criteria.
• Track remediation to completion and report on site health trends over time; own the health scorecard.
• Define and maintain SEO and marketing best-practice standards for new pages, templates, and site launches; review major releases.
