Xsolla is seeking a Senior Digital Experience Manager on the East Coast to own and improve site experiences across xsolla.com. You will coordinate with Marketing, Product, SEO, Design, Engineering and Sales to ship launches and scale web initiatives.

Lead operations for the CMS, publish directly in the CMS, and drive go-to-market workflows with Pardot, Salesforce and Chili Piper while maintaining top-notch UX and analytics-driven improvements.

Competenze

• 6–8+ years in web, digital experience or website operations roles.
• Hands-on CMS and publishing workflow at scale with SEO and metadata.
• Technical fluency to troubleshoot content, CMS, analytics and infra issues.
• Experience with DAM and content governance.
• Knowledge of marketing tooling like Salesforce, Pardot and Chili Piper.

Mansioni

• Execute and optimize web strategy across xsolla.com and subsites.
• Own day-to-day web operations and publishing workflows.
• Act as operational lead for the CMS and publishing systems behind xsolla.com.
• Own lead-generation workflows and Pardot/Salesforce integrations.
• Lead cross-functional launches and align stakeholders.
• Provide UX feedback and use analytics to improve IA and conversions.
• Monitor traffic, engagement, booking performance and velocity.
