You will audit, prioritize, and influence improvements without writing content or shipping code, serving as the bridge between marketing, engineering, and product teams.

You will drive SEO strategy, AI discovery readiness, and conversion testing plans while reporting on organic metrics and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO, website optimization, or digital marketing with direct ownership of a B2B site.
• Hands-on auditing and remediation on enterprise-scale or multi-region sites.
• Experience leading conversion optimization or testing programs.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to marketers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Audit technical SEO health, crawlability, and site structure; prioritize the backlog.
• Own organic search strategy and AI discovery visibility; monitor metrics.
• Lead conversion optimization planning and collaborate with engineering and product teams.
• Partner with web product management and content teams to drive measurable improvements.
