You will lead a cross-functional team, coordinate with IT, agencies, and brand partners, and own SEO, analytics, tagging, and testing initiatives to optimize site performance and user experience.

Competenze

• 10+ years in product management leading large, complex direct-response websites.
• Proven track record of launching successful web or mobile products.
• Understanding of Agile development a must.
• Experience with personalization, 1:1 approaches/data capture techniques.
• Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end requirements management with stakeholders.
• Partner with BTS to refine requirements and champion delivery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between business teams and BTS.
• Guide marketing agencies and manage change initiatives.
• Mentor and manage team members supporting franchise areas.
