Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Web Technology Manager to lead the support, stability, and evolution of our enterprise web platforms from onsite Miami, FL. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with mentorship of developers, release management, and modernization initiatives across customer-facing digital experiences.

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise web app development experience.
Strong hands-on with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework 4.x, SQL Server, IIS.
2+ years Vue.js experience and modern web tech adoption.
Experience leading technical teams in support/delivery.
Familiar with release management, incident response, change control.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical lead for critical platform issues and production support.
Provide architecture guidance across enhancements and modernization efforts.
Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
Translate business requirements with PO/Architects into technical solutions.
Own release readiness and coordinate production deployments.
