Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Web Technology Manager in Miami to lead production operations, release management, and modernization across enterprise web platforms built on .NET technologies. You will mentor teams and collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Development, QA, and DevOps to deliver reliable, scalable digital experiences.

Role emphasizes hands-on leadership, incident response, and modernization efforts using Vue.js and modern web tech.

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise web application development.
Strong C# ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server experience.
Vue.js 2+ years and Play/Scala familiarity.
Experience leading technical teams in production support.
Proven release management and Agile/Scrum background.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for critical platform issues and production support.
Provide technical leadership across application support, enhancements, and modernization initiatives.
Mentor and guide developers, promoting engineering best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Own release readiness activities and deployment sign-off for QA/Production.
Coordinate deployments, change management, and release communications.
Monitor application health, troubleshoot incidents, and drive resolution.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
Partner with Development, QA, and DevOps to ensure delivery.
Support and maintain enterprise web apps built on .NET technologies.
Oversee CMS platforms including Ektron, UpperStrata, and Drupal.
