Job summary

Modea is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead to drive our most complex enterprise engagements, focusing on multi-phase web modernization initiatives. You will guide cross-functional delivery teams, own scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and multi-vendor alignment, acting as the bridge between technical delivery and client leadership.

You will proactively identify risks, lead change management, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure flawless execution and strategic alignment,

Qualifications

PMP certification is strictly required.
7+ years of progressive project/product management experience leading complex technology engagements.
Proven history of large-scale enterprise web redesigns and digital transformations.
Deep working knowledge of Jira for roadmapping and release tracking.
Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Spot and fix risks early to protect budgets and schedules.
Guide clients through change and align scope with business priorities.
Oversee enterprise web modernization engagements from planning to delivery.
