Job summary

Capgemini in the United States seeks a senior technical engineer to own maintenance of the .NET/legacy stack, with knowledge of Vue for migration targets. You will mentor developers, manage releases, and coordinate across DevOps, QA, and business teams.

The role entails monitoring production systems, troubleshooting incidents, and maintaining CMS platforms like Ektron, UpperStrata, and Drupal. Collaboration and proactive risk mitigation are essential.

Qualifications

Proficient in C#, ASP.NET MVC and .NET Framework 4.x; comfortable with Scala for debugging.
Hands-on release management, incident handling, and production deployment sign-off.
Experience with CMS plataformas such as Ektron, UpperStrata or Drupal is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for site issues across Oceania and Regent.
Own release readiness and sign-off across QA and production environments.
Monitor application health and drive incident resolution.
Maintain CMS platforms behind each brand and support migrations.
Coordinate across Development, QA, DevOps, and Business teams.
Identify risks before releases and propose mitigations.
Mentor the technical team to grow full-stack ownership.
Prioritize technical debt and plan capacity with incidents and enhancements.
Collaborate with PO on CAB/change management for deployments.
Coordinate cross-pod handoffs with NCL Supernova and shared services.
Keep runbooks, architecture diagrams, and onboarding docs current.
