U.S. Bank is seeking an accomplished Program/Project Manager Consultant to lead large, multi-year initiatives within the CBB and Core Platforms Technology organization.

You will guide cross-functional teams, align objectives with business strategy, and ensure governance, risk management, and organizational readiness throughout delivery. The role requires coordinating with executives, sponsors, product and engineering teams, risk partners, and vendors to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years’ experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programs and projects from initiation through implementation and post-implementation.
• Define scope, objectives, success measures, delivery strategies, and integrated plans aligned with CBB and Core Platforms Technology priorities.
• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, implementation cycles, shared resources, and cross-functional execution.
• Drive accountability for delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk parameters.
• Build trusted relationships with sponsoring executives, business leaders, product and engineering teams, risk partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
