Job summary

Mobility Global seeks a Software Engineer Lead to own major corporate platform initiatives, modernizing core enterprise systems, migrating workloads, and consolidating tools for reliability and cost efficiency.

You will lead end-to-end delivery with architecture, execution, and operational readiness, partnering with enterprise teams. Strong leadership, cloud and data architecture experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and building distributed systems.
• Experience leading large-scale migrations and platform consolidation projects.
• Ability to write architecture docs, ADRs, runbooks, and operational readiness checklists.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for platform enhancement, migration, and consolidation programs end-to-end.
• Design solutions to reduce duplication across corporate systems and guide modernization efforts.
• Define migration approaches (rehost/replatform/refactor) with low downtime and risk.
• Mentor engineers and uphold high engineering standards; ensure security and reliability.
