Job summary

Egnyte, a secure multi‑cloud content platform, seeks a Web Marketing Manager to own egnyte.com. This hands‑on role prioritizes data‑driven improvements and cross‑functional collaboration with creative, web development, product marketing, and conversion optimization.

You will manage the site end‑to‑end, work with demand generation, sales, and analytics, and turn requirements into high‑performing pages that meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of web marketing experience, preferably B2B tech or software.
• Proven track record of improving website performance and describing outcomes.
• Clear business judgment distinguishing impactful requests from those that won't move the business.
• Experience running several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication with non-web stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of a CMS (Drupal a plus) and analytics platforms (GA4/Adobe Analytics).
• Understanding of SEO and AE O fundamentals; familiarity with A/B testing and personalization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own egnyte.com—its content, organization, and performance.
• Hands-on management of projects from scope to launch with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product marketing, demand gen, sales, and analytics to turn needs into effective pages.
• Provide feedback on design while aligning with business goals and best practices.
• Ensure builds match designs, load quickly, and remain accessible.
• Partner on testing and interpret results to drive changes.
• Use analytics to identify issues, propose fixes, and implement them.
• Maintain current site content and apply SEO/AEO fundamentals to structure, copy, and metadata.
