Job summary

Egnyte is seeking a Web Marketing Manager to own egnyte.com content, structure, and performance. You will work closely with product marketing, design, and analytics to turn business goals into high‑performing pages and experiences.

You will drive data‑driven improvements, oversee multiple projects, and ensure pages load quickly, accessible, and optimized for SEO/AEO. This role combines hands‑on execution with strategic leadership across the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of web marketing experience, preferably at a B2B technology or software company.
• A proven track record of making a website perform better and describing changes and outcomes.
• Sound business judgment to distinguish impactful requests from noise.
• Experience running several projects at once with minimal supervision.
• Clear communication with non-web colleagues, including executives.
• Knowledge of a CMS (Drupal a plus) and analytics platforms such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
• SEO and AE O fundamentals, both technical and editorial.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and personalization tools.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for egnyte.com — pages, structure, and performance.
• Be hands‑on; personally accountable for work and project details.
• Manage web projects from scope to launch with ongoing updates.
• Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, sales, and more to convert needs into pages.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback aligned with goals.
• Coordinate with web development to ensure fidelity to design and accessibility.
