Egnyte, Inc. is seeking a Web Marketing Manager to own egnyte.com, shaping its structure and performance.

You will be deeply involved in every project, ensuring pages align with business goals while collaborating with creative, development, product marketing, and analytics teams. You will drive SEO/AE0 strategies, manage CMS content, and lead conversion optimization efforts, balancing speed, accessibility, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of web marketing experience, preferably at a B2B technology or software company.
• Proven track record of improving website performance through redesigns, restructuring, and optimization.
• Strong business judgment to distinguish strategic requests from noise.
• Experience running multiple projects concurrently with on-time delivery.
• Clear communication with non-web stakeholders, including executives.
• Working knowledge of a CMS (Drupal a plus) and analytics platforms (GA4 or Adobe Analytics).
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively discuss implementation with developers.
• SEO and AEO fundamentals, both technical and editorial.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and personalization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own egnyte.com content, structure, and site performance.
• Be hands-on and manage day-to-day site projects from start to finish.
• Lead web projects with scope, schedules, reviews, and launches.
