Job summary

UserTesting in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Digital to own and evolve the three-domain web presence. You will drive CRO, SEO, and front-end governance, partnering with marketing, brand, content, and product to deliver measurable impact.

You’ll lead data-driven strategies using GA4, SEO best practices, and experimentation platforms, translating insights into a roadmap for traffic, engagement, and conversions across domains.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or a related field with ownership of SEO, CRO, or front-end web programs.
• Hands-on Webflow experience: page creation, CMS management, site configuration.
• Strong expertise in technical and on-page SEO, with proven organic growth results.
• Experience with AEO and structured data for AI-powered search is a plus.
• Experience with experimentation platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty.
• Frontend skills with HTML/CSS/JS and ability to collaborate with developers.
• Strong analytical skills using GA4, Google Search Console, Core Web Vitals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; multi-domain/web environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own front-end development of websites in Webflow, reusable components, CMS governance.
• Lead CRO program with hypotheses, A/B/multivariate tests, and roadmap alignment.
• Maintain governance across three domain properties: design system, analytics, performance, SEO.
• Develop and execute organic search strategy with technical SEO and schema markup.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, content, and growth teams on web initiatives.
• Own web portfolio reporting with GA4, Search Console, and experimentation data.
