Job summary

Scale Media in the United States is seeking a Senior eCommerce Lead to own experimentation, website performance, analytics, and continuous improvement across our eCommerce website. In this high-impact role, you’ll blend data, UX, technical understanding, and testing methodologies to deliver measurable revenue lift and a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in CRO, eCommerce optimization, web analytics, or growth-focused digital roles.
• Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools (Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO).
• Advanced understanding of GA4, GTM, attribution, heatmaps, and behavioral analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills interpreting funnel data, validating tests, and modeling revenue outcomes.
• Strong Shopify expertise (2+ years minimum).
• Understanding of UX, usability principles, visual hierarchy, and user behavior patterns.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• CRO & Experimentation Leadership: Build and lead a rigorous experimentation program across landing pages, PDPs, cart, checkout and post-purchase funnels.
• Analytics & Insight Generation: Own funnel analytics and performance dashboards; ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Shopify & Web Optimization: Partner with UX/design, content, product marketing, acquisition, and dev teams to execute site updates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with brand, UX, dev, and marketing teams to unify the digital experience and present results to leadership.
