Job summary

Employ is seeking a Senior Manager, Web Strategy & Experience to own and evolve our web presence across four domains: Employ, JazzHR, Lever, and Jobvite. You will lead strategy, performance, and continuous optimization to engage buyers, communicate value, and drive conversion.

The role reports to the VP, Growth and collaborates with Content, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and Ops. Remote-first, with strong emphasis on CRO, AI-driven discovery, and cross-brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in web strategy, growth, or digital experience roles within B2B SaaS or tech.
• Experience owning a website or web program end-to-end, including strategy design and performance optimization.
• Strong track record of improving web conversion rates through testing and optimization.
• Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals and AI-driven search trends.
• Familiarity with web platforms and analytics tools along with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for four web domains (Employ, JazzHR, Lever, Jobvite).
• Drive CRO across landing pages, site flows, and key conversion paths.
• Own SEO and GEO strategy with a focus on visibility and AI-enabled discovery.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Content to align site content with buyer stages.
• Refine information architecture, navigation, and user flows for discovery and conversion.
• Oversee multi-brand web management, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Lead experimentation (A/B, multivariate) and measure impact on pipeline.
