Job summary

space150 seeks a senior SEO/CRO leader to drive organic search for a diverse client roster, including med-tech, DTC, and national brands. Youll own technical SEO, analytics and CRO, collaborate with paid media for a holistic view, and present impact-driven recommendations to clients.

Youll rewire workflows with AI, crawl and classify at scale, and translate insights into actionable backlogs. Hybrid, NYC-area preferred.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in SEO and/or CRO, with agency or multi-brand experience
• Website technical: structured data, log file analysis, Core Web Vitals
• Analytics/Tagging: GA4, GSC, GTM; bonus SQL/BigQuery/Looker Studio/PowerBI; Shopify
• Software lifecycle tooling; Git workflows
• CRO: experiment design; A/B, multivariate; UX insights
• SEO: Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, Merchant Center

Responsibilities

• Own organic search strategy end to end for a portfolio of clients
• Run technical SEO diagnostics and translate to developer-ready backlogs
• Develop keyword and topic strategy grounded in commercial intent
• Build and own AI search visibility POV and advise clients
• Manage organic search tool stack and licensing
• Own organic performance measurement and connect to business outcomes
• Partner with analytics for cross-channel attribution
• Audit conversion paths and design experiments; advise on messaging and forms
• Use frontier AI platforms and build internal tooling; ensure verifiable numbers
• Lead client meetings and contribute to pitches; establish agency standards
