Qualifications

• 10+ years leading web strategy, digital experience, UX, or product strategy.
• Experience shaping complex B2B tech websites with multiple audiences.
• Strong product judgment linking technology to audience needs and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Define audience journeys from discovery to deployment.
• Connect navigation, information architecture, and product storytelling across the site.
• Guide content and storytelling with Content and Creative teams.
• Bridge self-service and human support experiences, enabling easy starts.
• Turn strategy into shipped work with journey maps and briefs.
• Improve journeys using research and experimentation to close gaps.
