Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic programs or enterprise marketing.
• Proven ability to build scalable customer-facing programs from scratch.
• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate product strategy into engaging experiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy and customer priorities into compelling programming and interactive experiences.
• Shape the customer journey: what people hear, see, try, and take away.
• Bring together storytelling, demonstrations, hands-on activities, and expert conversations around a clear customer objective.
• Develop and test concepts with partners, then guide delivery.
• Make thoughtful tradeoffs across quality, feasibility, budget, and timing.
• Use feedback and learning metrics to improve the work.
• Build formats that scale across audiences and settings.
