Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading web strategy, digital experience, UX, or product strategy.
• Experience shaping and improving complex websites, preferably for B2B technology.
• Strong product judgment connecting technical capabilities to audience needs.

Responsibilities

• In This Role, You Will Define audience journeys and map paths from discovery to deployment.
• Connect the website experience across navigation, products, stories, and resources.
• Guide content and storytelling with cross‑functional partners to deepen understanding.
• Bridge self‑service and human support to help users start or reach the right OpenAI team.
• Turn strategy into shipped work with journey maps, briefs, and wireframes; contribute to long‑term roadmaps.
• Use research and experimentation to improve journeys and measure progress.
