Inovalon in the United States seeks a Senior Web Designer & Developer to design, ship, and maintain AI-backed marketing experiences. You will pair production Python and TypeScript/React development with agentic frameworks to deliver modern, scalable applications and integrations with marketing platforms.

The role emphasizes building and extending WordPress assets while aligning brand voice across channels, ensuring performance, accessibility, and security best practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience building and shipping production software and digital experiences.
• Production Python expertise with services, APIs, scripts, and data pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React with Next.js experience.
• Hands-on with agentic systems using frameworks such as CrewAI, Mastra, LangGraph, or LangChain.
• Experience with LLM API integration and prompt engineering.
• Marketing technology background with Marketo, Salesforce and GA4 knowledge.
• WordPress development including themes, plugins, and PHP 8+.
• Strong HTML/CSS skills and accessible UI development.
• Experience building design systems and component libraries.
• Database fundamentals (Postgres/MySQL) and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of security best practices and OWASP.
• Git, CI/CD, Docker, and deployment experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and responsible use.
• Public profile with shipped AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship production AI features and agentic systems.
• Build on modern agentic frameworks such as CrewAI, Mastra, LangGraph, and LangChain; integrate with APIs.
• Establish monitoring, tracing, guardrails for AI outputs and cost control.
• Maintain and extend internal agent fleet and marketing tools.
• Write production Python: services, APIs, data pipelines.
• Build front ends in TypeScript and React, using Next.js.
• Design and implement scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals and performance via code splitting and caching.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and manage code reviews and releases with Git.
• Harden security with least-privilege access and OWASP top 10 mitigations.
• Integrate marketing stack: Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, tag management.
• Instrument campaigns and ensure accurate tracking and consent.
• Automate marketing ops with AI and define human review needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into roadmaps.
