Job summary

Inovalon, Inc. is seeking a Senior Web Designer & Developer to design, ship, and maintain AI-powered marketing experiences. You will work on production Python services, TypeScript/React front ends, and agentic frameworks to support marketing automation and CRM integrations.

You will partner with Marketing to ensure brand cohesion, accessibility, and performance across channels, including WordPress estate maintenance and modern web architectures.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience building and shipping production software and digital experiences.
• Production Python expertise and API/data pipelines experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript with React experience.
• Hands-on with agentic systems across frameworks (CrewAI, Mastra, LangGraph, LangChain).
• Experience with LLM API integration, prompts, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship production AI features and agentic systems, including multi-agent orchestration.
• Build on agentic frameworks and integrate with LLM APIs and MCP servers.
• Establish evaluations, tracing, monitoring, and guardrails for AI features.
• Maintain internal agent fleet and marketing tools used daily by Marketing and Sales.
• Write production Python services, APIs, data pipelines, and automations.
• Build front ends in TypeScript/React with Next.js in modern architectures.
• Design and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
