Job summary

Inovalon is seeking a Senior Web Designer & Developer to design, ship, and maintain AI-driven marketing applications and agentic systems. This role blends production Python, TypeScript, and React with modern frameworks like CrewAI, LangGraph, and LangChain.

You'll work closely with Marketing to ensure brand consistency across channels, maintain WordPress assets, and optimize performance, accessibility, and security while building scalable components and tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience building and shipping production software and digital experiences across frontend and backend.
• Production Python expertise and building services, APIs, data pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and React in production.
• Experience with agentic frameworks and LLM API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship production AI features and agentic systems.
• Build on agentic frameworks and integrate with LLM APIs.
• Establish evaluations, tracing, monitoring, and guardrails for AI features.
• Maintain internal agent fleet and related marketing/sales tools.
• Write production Python services, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Develop front ends with TypeScript/React using Next.js.
• Create and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
