Job summary

The Senior Web Designer & Developer at Inovalon, Inc. will design, build, and ship production AI features and agentic systems for marketing and digital experiences, using Python, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and IT, you will develop modern front ends, integrate with Marketo and Salesforce, ensure accessibility and performance, and maintain a scalable design system while upholding HIPAA and security standards.

Qualifications

• Proven production software experience across front end and back end.
• Hands-on with Python, TypeScript, and React in production environments.
• Experience with agentic frameworks and LLM integrations.
• Marketing tech stack familiarity (Marketo, Salesforce) and analytics.
• Strong WordPress, PHP, and database fundamentals.
• Ability to build scalable design systems and accessible UIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship production AI features and agentic systems.
• Work with CrewAI, Mastra, LangGraph, LangChain and integrate with LLM APIs.
• Establish monitoring, guardrails, and cost controls for AI features.
• Maintain internal agent fleet and marketing tech integrations.
• Write production Python: services and data pipelines.
• Build front ends with TypeScript/React and Next.js.
• Design scalable component libraries and ensure performance.
• Harden security and follow HIPAA requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT; translate roadmaps into actions.
