Job summary

Inovalon seeks a Senior Web Designer & Developer to design, ship, and maintain the applications powering marketing and digital experiences. The role emphasizes production engineering in Python, TypeScript, and React, plus building agentic systems with CrewAI, Mastra, LangGraph, and LangChain.

You will partner with Marketing to ensure brand voice and experience across channels, maintain WordPress assets, and deliver performant, accessible front ends with Next.js.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Proven Python production experience with services, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript with React and Next.js.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship production AI features and agentic systems, including multi-agent orchestration and tool calls.
• Build on frameworks such as CrewAI, Mastra, LangGraph, LangChain and integrate with LLM APIs.
• Establish evaluations, tracing, monitoring, and guardrails to ensure output quality and cost control.
• Write production Python services, data pipelines, and APIs; develop front-ends with TypeScript/React.
