Job summary

Invicti is seeking an AI-first Senior Marketing Web Developer to own our marketing website. This hybrid role blends hands-on platform management with cross-team collaboration to drive critical pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Webflow experience building and maintaining production marketing sites.
• Experience owning a website's operations—prioritizing requests, coordinating stakeholders, and being accountable for the site as a whole.
• Working knowledge of the broader web stack: CMS, tag management, forms, and integrations with marketing/sales tools.
• Comfort with web analytics tools (GA4) and using data to diagnose funnel issues and prioritize fixes.
• Direct experience with marketing websites in growth/lead-acquisition context.
• Practical experience applying AI tools to real web workflows with discernment on value.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain technical material to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain marketing website pages and components in Webflow or comparable platform.
• Act as central owner of the website — triaging requests, setting priorities, coordinating with design, content, demand gen, and engineering.
• Manage the web stack including CMS, forms, tag management, marketing automation, and integrations with CRM.
• Track site performance, conversion, and funnel drop-off with analytics and implement a prioritized roadmap.
• Collaborate with growth marketing on conversion paths to support lead acquisition.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up workflows, QA, personalization, or reporting where appropriate.
• Communicate roadmap, tradeoffs, and status to stakeholders; be the go-to for website state.
• Adapt to evolving duties aligned with Marketing Department priorities.
