Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Senior Manager, Web Analytics in Piscataway, NJ, to lead the end-to-end analytics roadmap across global marketing. You will drive tagging initiatives, ensure data quality, and partner with IT and marketing to deliver data-driven insights.

The role requires 7+ years in web analytics, 4+ years in leadership, and deep GA/GTM expertise. Hybrid work arrangement with travel up to 10% is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of web analytics experience in a digital marketing and app environment.
• At least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• 3+ years of experience with web analytics process design, implementation and documentation management.
• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (client-side and server-side).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end digital web analytics roadmap with tag governance and accuracy.
• Direct the lifecycle of website tagging initiatives and allocate resources accordingly.
• Build and maintain a long-term analytics roadmap with business stakeholders.
• Partner with development teams to ensure analytics tagging standards and data layer strategies.
• Drive a self-service data culture by automating reporting and enabling stakeholders with insights.
• Champion data governance and ensure a single source of truth for marketing performance.
• Assess and support website data privacy governance.
• Improve tagging processes, including JIRA workflows and SLAs.
• Communicate complex analytics findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence strategy.
