Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive seeks a Lead Data Engineer in Piscataway, NJ to drive end-to-end customer and marketing data solutions. You will own global data models, partner with Digital Marketing, and deploy cloud-based tech to enhance targeting and engagement for professionals, customers, and consumers.

Ideal candidates have deep Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud experience, strong GA4 and SAP CDP knowledge, and a proven ability to deliver scalable, measurable marketing technology programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years implementing and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data integration
• Experience with marketing technology including Google Analytics 4 and SAP CDP
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the expert lead Data Cloud architect of end-to-end customer experience and marketing solutions.
• Own the technical implementation of global consumer and professional data models with governance.
• Drive outcomes using Salesforce, GCP, SAP CDC, and Adobe Experience Manager across environments.
• Develop linked marketing automation capabilities to support adoption and KPIs.
• Perform data analysis, data modeling and ingest first‑party data to identify new audiences.
