Responsabilités

• Lead NA Customer Engagement Analytics strategy and data landscape assessment.
• Collaborate with GIT and Global Supply Chain Analytics teams on global scale.
• Prioritize datasets, reports, and technology needed for insights.
• Define KPIs and data governance for consistent insights.
• Leverage AI/GenAI to improve day-to-day efficiency and growth.
• Manage a team delivering predictive models and ad-hoc data needs.
