Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Media Data Architect in Piscataway, NJ to design, govern, and scale our cloud-based data foundation supporting e-commerce and digital marketing. You will own the technical roadmap and drive data products, integrations, and scalable pipelines across the global tech stack.

Options include modern data stack, Snowflake, GCP, and CI/CD pipelines. This high-impact role requires strong SQL, Python, and leadership in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Professional experience in data architecture/engineering with cloud-based data solutions at enterprise scale (min 2 years).
• Proficiency with a major cloud data platform (Snowflake/AWS/Azure) with DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, IaC, deployment automation. Ability to explain architectural designs.
• Advanced SQL and Python for complex enterprise data models (relational, NoSQL, dimensional).
• Experience designing and implementing integrations across complex technology ecosystems; ability to lead technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern scalable data models and cloud infrastructure (Snowflake, AWS, or Azure).
• Own integration strategy connecting core tech stack with enterprise data warehouse and data products.
• Lead technical architecture discussions and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure ETL/ELT pipelines are compliant, automated, monitored, and optimized for batch and real-time processing.
