Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Senior Manager, Web Analytics to lead our global website analytics strategy from Piscataway, NJ. You will steward tagging governance, data accuracy, and a long-range analytics roadmap in collaboration with marketing and IT teams.

Responsibilities include driving a self-service reporting culture, ensuring privacy-compliant data practices, and guiding data-driven decisions across enterprise-level initiatives. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical field.
• 7+ years of web analytics experience in a digital marketing environment, with at least 4 years in leadership.
• 3+ years of web analytics process design, implementation and documentation management experience.
• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end digital web analytics roadmap and tag governance.
• Direct the lifecycle of website tagging initiatives and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain a long-term analytics roadmap with business stakeholders.
• Partner with development teams on analytics tagging and data layer strategies.
• Drive a self-service data culture by automating reporting workflows for stakeholders.
• Champion data governance and a single source of truth for global marketing performance.
• Assess data privacy compliance and governance for websites.
• Implement and improve tagging processes including JIRA workflows and SLAs.
• Translate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders for strategy.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
