Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Piscataway, NJ, is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Delivery – Global Skin Health to build and scale the core data foundation powering global reporting and insights. You will lead modernization of Skin Health data infrastructure, turning disparate sales, marketing, field, and e-commerce touchpoints into unified, secure data assets, the single source of truth for reporting.

This role includes hybrid work with four days in the office and direct reports, plus oversight of

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on data applications experience in complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership delivering data and analytics initiatives (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Align data roadmaps with Skin Health priorities and standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
• Govern data quality and architecture standards across brands.
• Partner with analytics leadership to align data development with 2030 goals.
• Lead agile ceremonies and manage data engineers and analysts.
• Oversee end-to-end Snowflake data pipelines and orchestration with dbt/SQL/Airflow.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance across data solutions.
