Colgate-Palmolive seeks a Sr. Manager of Customer Analytics and Experience in Piscataway, NJ. Lead NA analytics strategy, build predictive models, and drive AI-based efficiencies for customer engagement and supply chain insights. Manage data sources, collaborate with global teams, and deliver measurable business impact.

You will work hybrid, report to senior director, and leverage ML/AI to optimize customer experiences and growth in North America.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science or similar field.
10+ years of experience driving analytical insights and solutions.
Experience supporting and working with multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Strong hands-on experience developing statistical models and coding languages such as Python, SQL, PySpark, SparkR.
Working knowledge of visualization tools like Domo, Looker, Sigma, Power BI or similar.
Leveraged knowledge of Snowflake to query, manage, and scale large data environments.

Responsibilities

Continue to build and evolve CP’s 2030 NA Customer Engagement Analytics strategy.
Collaborate with GIT and Global Supply Chain Analytics teams to solve business problems at the global scale.
Prioritize data sets, solutions, reports, and technology.
Define KPIs and data governance frameworks across North America.
Identify analytics capabilities to support Customer Engagement and Service & Logistics teams.
Lead AI and GenAI initiatives to drive efficiency and growth.
Develop and deploy AI assistants addressing high-impact needs.
Translate analytics into actionable business processes.
Support change management including training and communications.
