Allstate Corporation is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Lead Consultant to drive enterprise data capabilities across governance, quality, and modernization. You will lead cross-functional teams, align data initiatives with business goals, and shape the future of analytics platforms using Fabric, Azure, Spark, and related technologies.

Qualifications

Experience with data governance and data quality practices.
Strong knowledge of modern data architecture (lakehouse, data warehouse, batch/streaming).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services.
Experience with data modeling, metadata, lineage, and master data management.
Ability to lead complex cross-functional data and analytics initiatives and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead complex data and analytics initiatives aligned with business and enterprise data strategies.
Define measurable success criteria and roadmaps for enterprise data initiatives.
Design and deliver scalable data solutions for analytical and business needs.
