Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.
• Life Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new clients.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions consumer and business products and services.
• Educates customers on digital banking offerings and tools.
• Resolves customer issues and guides referrals to specialists.
