Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Continuing education or specialized training in investment performance measurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise.
• Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives.
• Advises as a technical expert in assigned area by providing work direction, guidance, and training to employees and business partners on new complex initiatives.
• Builds relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business.
• Manages and defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key program and projects.
• Design and execute strategic roadmaps supporting performance platform enhancements, operational improvements, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Independently manage complex assignments with minimal oversight while proactively engaging appropriate stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop operational workflows, process maps, and system designs that improve efficiency, scalability, and risk management.
• Maintain strong relationships with LOB partners and other key process stakeholders.
