Job summary

EY is seeking a Wealth Management Platform Transformation professional in the United States. You will help implement, localize, configure and enhance wealth management platforms across advisory, trust, custody, trading and client servicing capabilities.

The role requires strong business analysis, Agile delivery, and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to drive platform roadmap initiatives.

Qualifications

• ,Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years in financial services
• Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Trust, Broker-Dealer, or RIAs
• Experience with Wealth Management platform transformation/localization/implementation
• Experience defining requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and backlog management
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Ability to travel; passport and driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Management Platform US localization using Agile delivery
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with SMEs
• Facilitate requirements and design workshops with stakeholders
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, testing and business validation
• Collaborate with client to enhance platform roadmap
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and capabilities
• Support data analysis, system testing, defect management and UAT
• Partner with third-party vendors and implementation teams
• Collaborate across business, operations, product and technology teams on wealth platform transformation
• Contribute to project deliverables, status reports and issue tracking
