Job summary

EY is seeking a product and delivery leader to drive wealth platform transformation across US Wealth Management. You will partner with business, operations, technology, and client teams to design, implement, and optimize next-generation wealth solutions, enhancing advisor experiences and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Trust, Advisory Services, Broker-Dealer Operations, or Financial Services Tech Consulting.
• Experience leading wealth platform transformation, localization, or modernization initiatives.
• Strong Agile delivery experience with backlog management, sprint execution, and release planning.
• Experience working with wealth platforms such as FNZ, Charles River, Envestnet, Orion, Addepar, Tamarac, Pershing, Fidelity Wealthscape, or similar.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into capabilities, features, and user stories.
• Strong communication, client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing teams and leading complex technology-enabled transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management and business analysis workstreams supporting Wealth Platform Management US localization using Agile delivery.
• Drive capability definition, feature prioritization, and product roadmap development aligned to business objectives.
• Lead requirements management, backlog governance, sprint planning, execution, and Agile delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business, technology, operations, and client teams.
• Lead release planning, program governance, and overall delivery execution to ensure successful implementations.
