Job summary

EY is seeking a Wealth Management Platform Transformation Specialist to support localization, implementation, and enhancement of leading wealth management platforms. You will work across business and technology to drive platform modernization and improve advisor, client, and operational experiences.

The role requires strong business analysis, Agile delivery experience, and the ability to partner with clients, vendors, and internal teams across advisory, trust, custody, and client servicing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience in a financial services context.
• Experience in Wealth Management or related advisory environments and understanding of platform transformations.
• Proficiency with Agile delivery methodologies and ability to work across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Management Platform localization using an Agile delivery approach.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements and design workshops with business and technology teams.
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, testing and business validation activities.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance platform roadmaps and translate requirements into functional specs.
• Assist in data analysis, system testing and defect management.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and implementation teams for project delivery.
• Contribute to project deliverables, status reporting and implementation support.
