Job summary

EY is seeking a Wealth Management Consultant in the United States. You will shape the future of wealth management, lead transformative projects, and drive operational excellence across engagements.

Build senior stakeholder relationships, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable client impact. The role requires 4–6 years in wealth management consulting or related fields, strong communication, and experience with Agile, process improvement, and technology-enabled transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or MS preferred.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience; Wealth Management, consulting or service provider experience preferred.
• Experience in Wealth Management operations, IT or business domains.
• 3+ years of consulting, industry and/or service provider experience.
• Demonstrated track record in performance improvement and project work streams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and technology-enabled transformations.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and automate repetitive tasks.
• Ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences.
