Job summary

EY is seeking a Wealth Management Platform Specialist to support localization, configuration and enhancement of leading wealth platforms in the US. You will work across business and technology teams to drive platform transformation that improves efficiency and regulatory alignment.

You will gather requirements, lead workshops, manage backlogs, and help translate business needs into functional specs while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders across advisory, trust, custody and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience or graduate degree with 2–3 years of related experience.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Trust, Broker-Dealer or RIA environments.
• Experience with platform transformation, localization or enhancement initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel; possess a passport and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Management Platform localization using an Agile delivery approach.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, testing and validation activities.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance platform roadmaps and translate requirements into specifications.
• Assist in data analysis, testing, defect management and UAT.
• Work with third-party vendors and implementation teams to ensure delivery.
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration across wealth advisory, trust, custody and client servicing capabilities.
