Job summary

EY in New York is seeking a Wealth Management Technology Manager to lead platform transformation programs for U.S. wealth platforms.

You will drive product management, business analysis, and agile delivery with cross-functional teams across finance, operations, and tech while aligning with client objectives. The role requires 5+ years in financial services tech, knowledge of FNZ/Charles River platforms, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Trust, Advisory Services, Broker-Dealer Operations, or Financial Services Technology Consulting.
• Experience leading Wealth platform transformation, localization, or modernization initiatives.
• Strong Agile delivery experience including backlog management, sprint execution, release planning, and requirements governance.
• Experience working with Wealth Management platforms such as FNZ, Charles River, Envestnet, Orion, Addepar, Tamarac, Pershing, Fidelity Wealthscape, or similar solutions.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into capabilities, features, user stories, and delivery outcomes.
• Strong communication, client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing teams and leading complex technology-enabled transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management and business analysis workstreams supporting Wealth Platform Management U.S. localization initiatives using Agile delivery methodologies.
• Drive capability definition, feature prioritization, and product roadmap development aligned to business and client objectives.
• Lead requirements management, backlog governance, sprint planning, execution, and Agile delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business, technology, operations, and client teams.
• Lead release planning, program governance, and overall delivery execution to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
